An Intro to ActiveCollab

ActiveCollab is our project management tool. We use it to manage all projects — from website-builds and digital marketing, through to continuous improvement programmes and support contracts.

But why? Using a project management tool keeps all communication on a task, attached to that task. It’s otherwise very easy for details to be lost. It also allows visibility across the agency, making it easier to other members of the team to take over a task as and when necessary.
